A colleague at the Oxford e-Research Centre, Alfie Abdul-Rahman, is looking for volunteers to participate in research.
Alfie writes:
We want to investigate how you would behave when you are presented with a choice of giving money to different recipients, such as charity, University, etc. The study is structured using Game Theory so you would play against other people in the room.
Play against your peers and gain real rewards!
This study is one off session and it should take around 45-60 minutes. You are guaranteed a minimum payment of £5.00 (Amazon gift voucher) for your participation in the study, and a potential maximum payment of £15.00.
We will give you a total virtual budget of £84.00 for you to spend during the study.
To participate to the study, you will have to come to Room 379, 7 Keble Road, OX1 3QG, Oxford, UK.
There are three sessions (please click and book just one):
– Monday (7 Mar 2016) 1:00pm – 2:00pm: https://gt_monday_7_march_1pm.youcanbook.me/
– Monday (7 Mar 2016) 3:00pm – 4:00pm: https://gt_monday_7_march_3pm.youcanbook.me/
– Tuesday (8 Mar 2016) 12:15pm – 1:15pm: https://gt_tuesday_8_march_1215pm.youcanbook.me/
PLEASE NOTE: We need an even number of participants in each session. Hence, if you are the last one in, and we have an odd number of people we will ask you to leave (you will receive no payment), but you can rebook yourself if other sessions are available.
No late arrivals will be admitted, so please arrive on time.
