Where is it?
Lincoln College’s EPA Science Centre is halfway down Museum Road. Its entrance is a set of red double doors with “Lady Abraham House” written above. Museum Road can be accessed both from St Giles’ (through Lamb and Flag Passage) and from Parks Road.
Is accommodation offered?
Accommodation is offered on site and can be booked at the time of registration, at a cost of £70 per night. Rooms are singles and have en suite bathrooms. Breakfast is included.

How do I get to the venue?
The EPA Science Centre is a 20-minute walk from Oxford’s railway station, and a 15-minute walk from the Gloucester Green bus and coach station.
Is there parking at the venue?
Due to the EPA Science Centre’s central location, no parking is available. Oxford offers a popular park and ride scheme.

The Lodge acts as reception, and is staffed 24 hours a day.
Check-in is from 14.00; check-out is by 10.00. Luggage can usually be left, if you arrive earlier or stay later than these times. Certainly you can leave luggage throughout the conference.
Information for speakers
There will be a computer with Internet access, and a projector for speakers. You will be able to load a slideshow and any other documents you need in the break before your session.
While the venue has excellent connectivity, including wifi for the audience, experience suggests you might like to prepare a back-up (for example, screen-shots of your website) for the unlikely event of the connection going down.
