Looking for the Gladstone Link?

The Gladstone Link is a new area of the Bodleian Library that houses open access material that is directly accessible by readers. This space is situated between the Old Bodleian Library and Radcliffe Camera. It is accessible from:

  • the Old Bodleian Library via the North stairs or the lift in the nearby coat and bag lobby;
  • the Radcliffe Camera via Bay 1 in the Lower Camera reading room.

It has 120 seats, photocopiers and PCs. > More information on finding books and using the facilities.

Opening hours

Long Vacation 2011: Mon-Fri 9.00-16.30, Sat 10.00-15.30.

0th Week, Michaelmas Term 2011: Mon-Fri 9.00-18.30, Sat 10.00-15.30.

Michaelmas Term 2011: Mon-Fri 9.00-21.30, Sat 10.00-15.30, Sun 11.00-16.30.

Access to the Link ceases 15 minutes before the advertised time of closure in order to facilitate the clearing of the space.
