New electronic resources

Although we are still on vacation, the Bodleian Law Library have been busy adding new electronic resources to our collection.  Below are a few of our new acquisitions and we will be blogging about the less familiar ones  in more detail soon.  If you have any questions or require training on any of our resources then contact law.library@bodleian.ox.ac.uk

Westlaw additions

We have added 6 new books to our Westlaw Platform.  You can now access the below titles under the ‘Books’ tab at the top of Westlaw UK.

  • Snell’s Equity
  • Lindley & Banks on Partnership
  • Hollington on Shareholder Rights
  • Lewin on Trusts
  • Fletcher on Insolvency
  • Lightman & Moss on the Law of Administrators

HeinOnline additions

Both the Israel Law Reports and State Statutes: An Historical Archive have been added to our HeinOnline subscription.  Both of these resources can be accessed by going to HeinOnline (either via SOLO or from our Legal Databases page) and then choosing them from the menu on the left hand side.

Brill additions

Martinus Nijhoff Online   Handbook of WTO GATT Dispute Settlement OnlineWe now have access to UN Convention on the Law of the Sea Online as well as  Handbook of WTO/GATT Dispute Settlement Online through the Brill platform.  Both titles can be accessed through SOLO, Oxlip+ or from our list of Legal Databases.

Others

Tax Analysts    What s NewWorldwide Tax Treaties is now available (via Oxford e-Journals and soon to be added to our list of legal databases).  Once through to the Tax Analysts Web Service click on My Subscriptions, and choose Worldwide Tax Treaties under Research Tools.  There are options to browse or search and there is a link to further help at the bottom of the left hand menu.

We  also now have access to Global Arbitration Review (via SOLO or Oxford e-Journals).  The website has journal articles, recent news, reviews and surveys.
