New Photocoping System

All the Bodleian Libraries are changing photocopiers today. Our new photocopies will let you scan to your email address, print items from any library computer, and do two-sided and colour photocopying! It’s very exciting.

The new machines work by you having an online account, that you top-up using a credit or debit card instead of paying cash over the library desk. The library desk can also transfer money from your old photocopying card to the your new account.

In order to sign up for a new account, go to https://bodleian.pcounterwebpay.com/ – it’s quick and easy, and will mean you can use photocopiers across the University. You can also link your online account to your Bod Card in the library, which makes logging into your account much easier.

There are guides to using the new system (called “PCAS” – Print Copy And Scan) online here: http://ox.libguides.com/cat.php?cid=26115

This is probably the best guide, it takes you through the basics of getting started: http://ox.libguides.com/PCAS-getting_started
