Taking the pain out of keeping up to date with new research

Keeping up with new publications and developments in your research field can be a nightmare.  Thankfully tools such as RSS feeds and email alerts can make this task much easier.    Bodleian Libraries will be running a free workshop  “WISER: Getting Information to come to you” on Friday 15 February 15.30-17.00.   During the session you’ll learn how to use RSS feeds and alerts to keep up to date with the lastest publications and to configure databases and websites to send you notifications when new materials in your subject area are added.

The session will include a presentation plus time for you to set up an RSS feed reader and to start adding feeds and alerts.
