Library tables on offer

The University Department of Politics and International Relations in partnership with the Department of Sociology has been awarded funding to create a Q-Step Centre at Oxford (OQC) to embed quantitative methods teaching within the PPE and History and Politics undergraduate degrees.

The OQC will need a new teaching lab with excellent IT facilities, and this will be housed within the Bodleian Social Science Library West Graduate Study Room. When the lab is not being used by the OQC it will be available to all Social Science graduate students.

We will need to remove 12 large tables to create space for the teaching lab. The dimensions of the tables are: (height = 73cm, width = 240cm, depth = 80cm) and there are images below. All tables are offered free to a good home, though they will need to be collected.

Please contact the Bodleian Social Science Librarian, jo.gardner@bodleian.ox.ac.uk, by Monday 7 July if you are interested.
