Open Access Week: 20th to 24th October 2014

Open Access WeekNow in its seventh year, International Open Access Week is a global event that promotes the potential benefits of Open Access – the free, immediate and online access of scholarly research -throughout the academic and research communities.

Open Access Week, seeks to make Open Access a common trait in research and scholarship, and the week’s events hope to inspire a wider participation in making this a reality.
The University of Oxford and the Bodleian Libraries are hosting a variety of events throughout the week. A full list of the events are available at the Open Access Week Flyer.
