e-Resources trials: US magazine archives

There are currently three e-resources trials running for the archives of the magazines The Nation, National Review and New Republic.

The Nation

The Nation Digital Archive is a fully searchable electronic version of the American magazine’s complete backfile, offering a 145-year archive of reporting opinion and criticism. The archive contains thousands of historic articles, editorials, letters, reviews, poems, and puzzles dating back to 1865.

National Review

National Review has been an important American journal of opinion since its inception in 1955 by William F. Buckley Jr. This database offers complete indexing, abstracting, and full text coverage for all issues of the journal back to the first issue in 1955 through the present.

New Republic

The New Republic Digital Archive provides access to the complete archive of the American magazine from 1914 to the present.
