To produce the amended version displayed here, pp.21–28 were removed and six re-set pages were inserted in their places. In order to disguise this, the page numbers were altered to omit numbers 22 and 25 (meaning that, in this opening, the odd page is on the left rather than the usual right) and a fake signature ‘E’ was inserted on p.24.
