If you regularly work in the library on Saturdays, you may be interested in joining our team of invigilators to provide lunch cover on a rota basis for our Saturday Library Assistant each week.

You would be required to work for approximately 30 minutes for two or three Saturdays per term, staffing the enquiry desk and responding to reader enquiries. You will be able to communicate effectively and courteously with readers and visitors, and have sufficient IT skills to learn our library system and troubleshoot basic problems with our PCs and equipment. Full training will be provided; familiarity with the library and collections will be an advantage. This is a variable hours post paid on grade 1 of the University’s salary structure.
