TVWLA is one of the 10 regional Leadership Academies within the national NHS Leadership Academy, supporting NHS staff to develop leadership skills and acquire knowledge, inspiring them to develop and transform NHS staff and services for the future.
Whether you are already engaged in a formal leadership training programme or simply interested in broadening your knowledge of leadership, training and coaching in the NHS setting, this blog gives you the opportunity to find out more. We encourage you to take advantage of the fountain of knowledge offered here and invite you to contribute your own: get involved, and send us your feedback too.
