Do you need cases from other European jurisdictions that apply EU law?
Cases on 11 areas of law from national courts in 25 of the EU national jurisdictions are now available from Caselex (via OxLIP+). In addition to the full text in the original language, each case is summarised in English.
From the Caselex home page choose “Enter service here”. You can choose whether to use Caselex as a visitor (no set up required) or to register. If you register you will get a username and password for Caselex which you can use to save cases and set up alerts and preferences. The guest account is sufficient if you just want to view, search and print cases.
Caselex is a dynamic and growing database. The Competition module was launched on 18 March, and the Belgian case law collection was launched on 23 March.
