October 1, 2010 saw the launch of a new, open access journal on French law the Revue Henri Capitant de Droit. The subject of the first issue is “Regards civilistes sur l’analyse économique du droit.” The journal is, in fact, bilingual (the English version is just a button click away) – but I hope that OU students will only resort to this option in cases of need!
L’Association Henri Capitant des Amis de la Culture Juridique Française has more information about the work of this venerable society, and the LawBod has at France 300 A150 a collection of proceedings from some of the international conferences it has organised.
