The industry has rebounded from the effects of the economic downturn, but it faces a period of stabilisation and double digitrevenue growth appears to be a thing of the past. While there will be improvements in business confidence and further transition to outsourced specialist contact centre operations, which will boost the industry, this will be largely offset by an increase in offshore contact centre relationships.
