The Gale Ambassador Library Support Programme is a paid opportunity for students to work with a publisher, develop valuable career skills such as public speaking, content production, marketing and networking (great content for your CV), as well as learning ways to improve your current research skills. The role involves promoting Gale digital resources that are available to students at the University of Oxford. Gale Ambassadors are paid £700 to complete specified promotional activities (such as writing a blog post, social media posts and running live events). Full training is provided. There’s also the opportunity to meet and work with ambitious and creative students at other universities in the UK, US and elsewhere, as well as work with international colleagues at Gale.
