Ways to keep up to date with SSL News and Updates

Want to know about more about the services we provide to help you with your studies? What to find out about changes to our opening hours? What to hear about library and subject related courses and events you can sign up to? What to find out about new eResources we have purchased and our book and eResource of the month choices? We share all this and much more via our social media channels. So besides our Blog, to keep up to date with the latest SSL news, you have a number of options:

You’ll find all our latest news updates via our SSL Twitter account. In addition to fun tweets from our library mascot ‘Spencer the KeepCup’, who will show you around the SSL (and in some cases beyond) and talk you through the services we provide.

If you are on Facebook, we also share all our latest updates via our SSL account.

Although the SSL doesn’t have its own Instagram account, you can choose to follow the Bodleian Libraries main account. Here you will find out about general updates for all the Bodleian Libraries, discover more about the collections, upcoming events and lots more.

Unfortunately due to the move from an analog service to a digital service the main phoneline at the Bodleian Social Science Library, (0)1865 2-71093, is temporarily unavailable. We will be unable to receive calls at this number for a short time.
