The library space will be closed to readers from Thursday 6 August – Sunday 11 October (inclusive) whilst our entrance area is refurbished but we will continue to offer key services:
- A request and fetch service for SSL loanable books
- A request service for SSL Library Use Only material to the Law Library
- Book returns for Social Science Library and Bodleian Offsite Storage (Loanable) items
- The Scan and Deliver service will remain available

The fetching and enquiry service will be available from the office near the main Manor Road Building Reception desk (see images below for directions to the office from when you enter the Manor Road Building) at the following times (except for 29-31 August when the service will be closed for the Bank Holiday weekend):
- 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
- 10am-4pm on Saturday
